These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scanners Tally website and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Account & Access

Use of core features requires an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • No attempt to breach security or authentication controls.
  • No misuse of bandwidth or platform resources.
  • You must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid features are billed in advance. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. App store purchases are subject to those stores’ policies.

6. Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any data you input and warrant you have the necessary rights and consents.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, code, and content are owned or licensed by Scanners Tally Ltd.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scanners Tally Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by ceasing use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
